To make your journey on the Swiss section of the Mont-Blanc Express line as smooth as possible, requests for assistance for passengers with reduced mobility must be made at least 2 hours before the train’s departure.
To organise your journey and receive assistance tailored to your needs, please contact the SBB Disability Contact Centre on 0800 007 102. This centre centralises and coordinates requests for assistance on behalf of TMR on the Swiss section of the Mont-Blanc Express line.
